Description: Estimated 38 acres cropland. The soils are about 1/2 class III and 1/2 class IV. This is a good terraced
upland tract.

Description: This property includes an estimated 23 acres of cropland that are all class III & class IV soils. This is a terraced upland farm. The balance is part of NRD Watershed 7A. The dam and about one half of the water is located on this property. Contact our office for details on possible renovation of this watershed. Behind the dam is the drainage area with trees and grass.
