Legal:  N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 14-1N-5E containing 78.73 acres more or less.

 

Directions:   1/2 mile north of Odell, NE to Sycamore Road; then 1 mile west to SW 75th Road.

                     This is the northeast corner of the farm.

 

Description: The cropland is mostly Big Indian bottom land sloping up to approximately 11.67 acres of grassland.

                      Abandoned railroad tract is part of the property. Big Indian Creek horseshoes into the SW corner of the

                      farm. According to FSA records, there is 51.9 acres of cropland, 11.67 acres grass, with the balance being

                      Big Indian Creek, abandoned railroad, waterways, and roads.

 

Tract II

Legal:  SE 1/4 Section 11-1N-5E containing 160 acres more or less.

 

Directions:   1/2 mile north of Odell, NE to Sycamore Road; then 1 mile west to SW 75th Road.

                     This is the southeast corner of the farm.

 

 

Description: Dryland, gentle rolling, terraced farm. FSA records show 122.23 acres cropland, 20.90 native grass 

                      meadow, 10.09 acres of trees with the balance being waterways and roads.
